Booking & Payment

Q: How do I book a session with you?
A: You can fill out my contact form on the home page. Once we confirm details, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure your date.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, it's usually no more than a 40% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance due the day before your session.

​

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I accept credit card only thru the invoice I email over.

Session Details

Q: How long will my session last?
A: Depends what type of session and package you choose. 

​

Q: Where do sessions take place?
A: I shoot at outdoor locations around Pittsburgh or I can recommend beautiful spots that fit your style. 

​

Q: What should I wear?
A: I always recommend neutral or coordinating colors with minimal logos/patterns. Once you book, I’ll send you a welcome guide with outfit tips!

​

Q: Can I bring props or pets?
A: Absolutely! Props and pets can add personality to your photos. Just let me know in advance so I can plan accordingly.

Photos & Delivery

Q: How many images will I receive?
A: Depending on your package, most packages includes a full edited online gallery.

​

Q: When will I get my photos?
A: Turnaround time is typically 72 hours.

​

Q: How will my photos be delivered?
A: You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos.

​

Q: Do you give unedited/raw photos?
A: No, I only provide fully edited images that reflect my style and quality standards.

Rescheduling & Policies

Q: What happens if it rains or I need to reschedule?
A: I’ll work with you to reschedule to the next available date. Weather reschedules are always allowed; client reschedules may require a 7 days notice.

Q: What if I’m running late?
A: Please arrive on time to get the most out of your session. If you’re late, it may shorten your session, as I often have back-to-back bookings.

 

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Deposits are non-refundable, but I do allow rescheduling within a  24 hour timeframe due to sickness.

Weddings/Events

Q: Do you travel for weddings/events?
A: Yes! I love traveling for shoots. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

​

Q: Will you have a second photographer?
A: Depending on the package, a second shooter may be included or available as an add-on depending on availability.
